midnight came, and midnight went

Hello again! I said I was gonna do it, didn't I?? Yep, I did. So, following Snow White, comes Cinderella; this version of the story also hails from the twisted book of nightmare-inducing fairytales my Nana gave me. Here's the story behind this:

After the clock began to tick slowly towards midnight, Cinderella tried to flee from the ball. But as she was running, her glass slippers broke and pretty much mangled the poor girl's feet; she kept on running through the pain, and eventually made it to her carriage which instead of the beauty it had once been, was a rotting and horrible pumpkin, and her footmen, horses, and driver were half-mutated between man and the animals they truly were. Nonetheless, Cinderella escaped, but the spell broke before she could make it home. So, the carriage turned back into a pumpkin and her now-animal footmen and driver scurried off into the woods while all she had was a simple pumpkin and sore feet.

I spared you all the gory details though, and just drew a sweet, sad little Cindy.
